`TextureCompressionQuality' could not be found when building on any platform
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Select Test.cs script
3. Notice that TextureCompressionQuality is set to "Best"
4. Start a build on any platform
5. Observe that build fails, "`TextureCompressionQuality' could not be found" is thrown in the console window
Expected result: `TextureCompressionQuality' could not be found' should not be thrown when building on any platform
