Texture quality differs between Unity 4 and Unity 5 when downscaling
How to reproduce:
1. Open both attached projects on appropriate versions
2. Open 'test' scenes
3. Compare texture visuals between 4.6 and 5.4 using different compression settings
Expected behaviour: texture visually looks the same between versions when down scaled
Actual behaviour: Texture in 4.6.8 looks more vibrant and sharp than in 5.4 when down scaled
Reproduced on: 5.1.4f1, 5.2.4f1, 5.3.6p4, 5.4.1f1, 5.5.0b2
Not reproduced on: 4.6.8f1
