Texture Map Viewer shows "Loading..." text instead of indicating users that Baked Texture Maps are missing
Steps to reproduce:
- Open any Project with Lighting Baked in a Scene and open that Scene (HDRP Sample)
- Select any Game Object with a Mesh Rendered Component that has a Baked Lightmap in the Scene
- In the Lightmapping Settings in that Component click on the Texture Map Preview to open the Lightmap Viewer
- In the top right corner of the Viewer select "Baked Emissive", or "Baked UV Overlap", Texture Maps that haven't been generated
- Observe the info message "Loading..."
Actual results: Info text shows "Loading..." when nothing is loading
Expected results: Info text indicates that the Texture Map is missing, previously was "The texture is not available at this moment. Please try to rebake the current scene or turn on Auto, and make sure that this object is set to 'Contribute Global Illumination' if it's meant to be baked", the text could be updated as it's not always the case that the Texture Map is generated even with that option on
Reproducible with versions: 2023.2.0a10, 6000.0.57f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.3f1, 6000.3.0b1
Not reproducible with versions: 2022.3.66f1, 2023.2.0a9
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
