Texture and Sprite Generator's left section scrollbar is too narrow and misaligned
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Muse Sprite or Texture Generator
2. Hover mouse over the vertical scrollbar field between Generation and Generations segments (left and right)
3. Observe when the scrollbar's elements are highlighted, and when resizing the sections becomes available
Expected result: The scrollbar can be easily hovered over, resizing the section is available to the right of the scrollbar
Actual result: It is difficult to hover over the scrollbar, resizing the section is available when hovering over the scrollbar's center
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a19 (Muse Sprite 1.0.0-pre.3, Muse Texture 1.0.0-pre.2)
Tested on: Windows 10

Resolution Note:
