[TextMeshPro] RectTransform Sizing changes and Anchoring is Offset when Layout groups are used
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named Case_1170085
2. Observe the UI layout in the Game view
3. Update TMP to 2.0.1
4. Observe the Game view again
Expected result: The layout looks the same as previously
Actual result: The layout is scaled differently and anchoring is offset
Reproducible with: 2018.4.5f1, 2019.1.13f1, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.3.0a11
Could not test with: 2017.4.31f1(No PackageManager)
Reproducible with Package versions: 1.4.1, 2.0.1
Not reproducible with Package versions: 1.2.4, 1.3.0, 1.4.0, 2.0.0
