TextMeshPro Input Field does not accept hyphens when content type is set to "Name"

How to reproduce:
1. Open project "inputfield.zip"
2. Go to Build Settings (Edit>Build Settings)
3. Build for the PC, Mac, iOS, or Android
4. Open the build and press on the Input Field and type "Abc-Abc"

Expected result: Text is written
Actual result: Can't write symbol "-" (hyphens)

Reproducible with: 0.1.2 (2019.4.0f1), 2.1.1 (2019.4.22f1)
Not reproducible with: 2.1.3 (2019.4.22f1), 2.2.0-preview.1 (2019.4.32f1), 3.2.0-pre.2 (2020.3.21f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.1f1), 4.0.0-pre.1 (2022.1.0a13)
