[TextMeshPro] "GetPreferredValues" is only called once when "m_internalCharacterInfo" is filled with garbage
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “TextMeshPro Asian characters bugs copy.zip” project
2. Enter Play Mode and observe the Console window
Expected result: Two logs with “Did 6 iteration” text appears
Actual result: One “Did 6 iteration” log and one “Did 2 iteration” log appears
Reproducible with: 3.0.6 (2020.3.44f1), 3.2.0-pre.4 (2021.3.17f1, 2022.2.4f1, 2023.1.0b1)
Reproduced on: macOS 12.4 (Intel)
Note: In editor 2020.3.44f1 there were two “Did 1 iteration” logs
