TextMeshPro Caret has an active raycast when TMP_InputField is non-interactable
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/SampleScene.unity“ Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Select the Caret GameObject in the Hierarchy window
5. Observe the Inspector window
Expected result: Raycast Target is disabled
Actual result: Raycast Target is enabled
Reproducible with: 2021.3.46f1, 2022.3.52f1, 6000.0.29f1, 6000.1.0a7
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
