TextMesh Pro font creation does not support ranges outside normal hex range
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "TextHexRange.zip"
2. Open Window -> TextMeshPro -> Font Asset Creator
3. In "Font Asset Creator" press "Generate Font Atlas" button
4. After it's done generating the atlas observe "Characters missing from font file:"
Expected result: no characters are missing
Actual result: 74 characters are missing
Reproducible with: 2018.4.1f1 (1.4.1), 2019.1.5f1, 2019.2.0b5, 2019.3.0a5
Could not test with: 2018.4.1f1 (1.3.0) due to Unity crashing after "Generate Atlas" button is pressed
