Multiple TextAreas in a list do not scroll to the biggest list's value end
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user's the attached project "TextAreaBug.zip"
2. Open Assets > Scenes > SampleScene
3. Select "Main Camera" in Hierarchy
4. In the Inspector find Script "Bug"
5. Click "Text Area Bug"
6. Click "Line 1" and observe the text area scrolling
7. Click "Line 2" while "Line 1" is still fully visible and observe scrolling
Expected results: Multiple TextAreas in a list scroll to the biggest list's value end
Actual results: Multiple TextAreas in a list do not scroll to the biggest list's value end
Reproduced in: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.19f1, 2021.1.22f1, 2021.2.0b13, 2022.1.0a11

Based on the severity of this issue we have determined that we wont fix it in a reasonable amount of time so we are closing it as wont fix.
