[Text] Tooltip is missing for all properties of Custom Font in the Inspector
Tooltips are missing for the following properties of Custom Font in the Inspector window
Convert Case, Character Rects, Font Rendering Mode, Line Spacing, Default Material, Ascii Start Offset, Tracking, Character Spacing, Character Padding.
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project.
2. Project > Create > Custom Font
3. Inspector > Hover mouse on all properties
Actual Result:
Tooltip is missing
Expected Result:
Tooltip appears when the mouse has hovered on the properties

Resolution Note:
Thank you for the report. Tooltips will be fixed as part of our transition to UI Toolkit for the Custom Font inspector which is being tracked separately as part of our feature work.
