Text Mesh Pro Material Preset dropdown does not repaint after changing its value in prefab asset editing
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached Unity project
2. Select "TextMeshPro Text.prefab" asset in Project View
3. Try to change Material Preset in Inspector
Expected results: Material Preset dropdown value in inspector changes after selecting a different value
Actual results: Material Preset dropdown value is not refreshed after selecting a different value
Reproduced with: 2019.3.0a5, 2019.3.0a1, 2019.2.0b5, 2019.2.0a12, 2019.1.5f1, 2019.1.0f2
Did not reproduce on: 2019.2.0a11, 2019.1.0f1
