Text is replaced with white squares when opening Package Manager on macOS Ventura
Reproduction steps:
- Create a new Unity project
- Open Window → Package Manager window
- Inspect the Package Manager window
Expected result: The Package Manager window does not contain any white squares on the text
Actual result: All text is replaced with white squares in the Package Manager window
Reproducible with: 2020.3.41f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.13f1, 2022.1.22f1, 2022.2.0b15, 2023.1.0a18
Reproducible on: macOS 13.0
Not reproducible on: macOS 12.6

This isn't a valid solution when building for webGL.
