Text is not pre-selected from previous search query when reopening Search All
Reproduction steps:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Open the Search All window (Command+K / Ctrl+K).
3. Type anything in the search query and close the window
4. Open the Search All window again
Expected result: the search query has the text which was written in the 2nd step and it's all selected
Actual result: the search query has the text which was written in the 2nd step and it's not selected
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0b16, 2021.2.0f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0a1, 2021.2.0b15, 2021.2.1f1, 2021.2.5f1, 2022.1.0b1
Could not test with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.25f1 (it doesn't have already built-in search)
