Text from "Text Mesh Pro" component disappears when toggling between fullscreen and windowed mode with Graphic API set to DX9
To reproduce:
1. Open scene "DX9 FullScreen Toggle Repro" in the attached project
2. In player settings, set Graphics API to Direct3D9
3. Build and run the project
4. Press Alt+Enter
5. Observe text from "Text Mesh Pro (Script)" disappear
Reproduced on:
5.4.1f1, 5.4.2f1, 5.5.0b6
Not reproduced on:
5.3.6f1, 5.3.6p7

This issue has not been fixed. It still happens, although less often.
