Text Cursor jumps between lines on Text Areas when using "Home" & "End" keys on Display Scale 150%
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached Project "1182094.zip"
2. Open the Scene "dawdaw" and select "Text" GameObject
3. Within the "Text" component select anywhere in middle of text
4. Click on "End" and "Home" buttons on the keyboard
Expected result: The Text Cursor jumps between the start and the end of the line
Actual result: The Text Cursor jumps between lines
Reproduces on: 2018.4.5f1, 2019.2.5f1, 2019.3.0b3, 2020.1.0a4
Does not reproduce on 2017.4.32f1
