Text component with size tag (rich text) has bigger than it should line height
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open "Line Height With Rich Text" scene
3. Notice that the smaller text which size is 20, has very big line height as it is written in a block which font size is set to 80
Not reproducible: 5.2.4f1
By Design: the minimum line height is based on font size set in the control. Previous behavior (5.2) was incorrect and now (5.3) it is correct.
