Text color is applied incorrectly on some Chinese characters when using a custom shader
To reproduce:
1. Open project
2. Open 'test' scene
3. Select test material
4. Move 'Change Color Height' slider in the inspector, notice how colors are applied to characters
Expected: colors will be applied to all characters the same way (in this case from left to right and vice versa)
Actual: color is applied from top to the bottom(and vice versa) for some characters
Reproduced: 5.6.5p1, 2017.1.3f1, 2017.2.3p1, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.6f1, 2018.1.6f1, 2018.2.0b9, 2018.3.0a3
Note: color is applied properly for Latin characters
