Text characters are corrupted when resizing the font atlas
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached "FontCorruptionTest copy.zip" project
2. Build and deploy the project to iOS
3. Observe the text in the application
Expected result: The text isn't corrupted
Actual result: The text is corrupted, blurry
Reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.14f1, 2021.1.15f1, 2021.2.0b4, 2022.1.0a2
Could not test with: 2018.4 (Console errors appear, project breaks)
Reproduced with: iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 14.2.1), iPhone 6S (iOS 13.3.1)
Crashes with VLNQA00381, Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro (Redmi Note 8 Pro), Android 9, CPU: MediaTek Helios G90T MT6785T, GPU: Mali-G76 MC4
