Text asset containing Non-Breaking Space is not parsed
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Click on the .txt file
3. Notice that the text file is shown as empty in the inspector window
Expected result: text asset containing non-breaking space should be parsed and displayed with a space present in the inspector
Reproduced in: 2018.1.0a7, 2017.3.0f3, 2017.2.1p1, 2017.1.2p4, 2017.1.0b3
Not reproduced in: 2017.1.0b2, 5.6.4p3 5.5.5p1
