Resolution Note:
Unfortunately, it is impossible to resolve this issue without a major redesign of test runner UI. One feasible option would be to run unity tests using in batch mode or using rider unity test runner plugin https://blog.jetbrains.com/dotnet/2018/04/18/run-unity-tests-rider-2018-1/ (if this is appropriate)
