[TestRunner] System.MissingMethodException : Method not found: 'System.Reflection.Emit.TypeBuilder.DefineProperty
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Open the TestRunner windows
3. Click EditMode and execute NewEditModeTestSimplePasses
Actual result: The test fails with error System.MissingMethodException : Method not found: 'System.Reflection.Emit.TypeBuilder.DefineProperty'.
Reproduced with: 5.5.5f1, 5.6.4f1, 2017.1.2p1, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0b5
