TestRunner assertions in OneTimeTearDown do not fail the test
Steps to reproduce:
1. open attached project
2. open testrunner window
3. run editmode tests
Actual: test are passing
Expected: tests are failing
Reproduced on: 2017.1, 2018.1, trunk (2019.1)

Resolution Note:
I think this is a good default behaviour. ReSharper works the same way.
