TestContext platform parameter is empty if domain reload happens during test run
Steps to reproduce:
- Open attached project "test-platform-repro.zip"
- Open test runner
- Run Editmode tests
Actual result: In console notice log: Reported test platform after assembly reload is: ''
Expected result: Reported test platform after assembly reload is: 'EditMode'
Reproduced with: 1.3.9
Not reproducible: 1.1.33
Tested on 2021.3.29f1

Resolution Note (1.3.X):
It is not possible to build the test tree before AssemblyReloadEvents.afterAssemblyReload without it regressing the ConditionalIgnore functionality of UTF, as that relies on InitializeOnLoad being executed before the test tree is build. Both of these editor callbacks are executed at the same editor frame, so having both is not possible.
