[Test Runner] TearDown method first is called form child class then from base class
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download 1120079_repro.zip
2. Run test in EditMode
Expected results: TearDown method first is called from a base class and then from a child class
Actual results: TearDown method first is called from a child class and then from a base class
Reproduced with: 2019.2.0a3, 2019.1.0b1, 2018.3.3f1, 2017.4.19f1
