Test Runner cannot handle selections if TestFixture or TestFxtureSource is used with arguments and produces same test names
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project.
2. In Unity Test Runner, try select any tests under AssetReimportAndMetaUpgradeFixture
Expected result: Only one test is selected after a click.
Actual result: Multiple tests are selected when clicking on one. Basically, all tests with same names are selected.
