Terrain Trees with custom Tree Height return to their default height when zoomed in
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “TerrainTreeSizeBug.zip“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene” scene
3. Zoom in to the Terrain Trees in the Scene window
4. Observe the Scene window
Expected result: Terrain Trees' height does not change
Actual result: Terrain Trees return to their default height
Reproducible with: 2021.3.27f1, 2022.3.2f1, 2023.1.0f1, 2023.2.0a19
Reproduced on: macOS Ventura 13.3.1 (Intel), Windows 10 (by the reporter)
