[Terrain Tools] Very large brush sizes or small terrains with normal brush size causes console errors
Very large values for brush size (with modified range) or small terrains with normal brush size causes console errors
Repro
1. Set brush size to 500
2. Set Terrain size to 20x20
3. Drag the brush over the terrain
Expected: No errors
Actuality: RenderTexture.Create failed: requested size is too large error (BrushMaskFilter)
