[Terrain Tools] UI: Custom ranges reset on recompile/exiting editor
Repro:
1. Change slider ranges (Min|Max)
2. Close the editor
3. Open the editor
Expected: Slider ranges are the same as before closing the editor
Actuality: Slider range reset to the default setting
Fix: Ranges need to be serialized as they also get reset when closing and opening projects
