[Terrain Toolbox] Splitting Terrain results in ArgumentOutOfRangeException
Repro steps:
1. Use a project with Terrain Tools
2. Create a terrain
3. Open the Terrain Toolbox
4. Go to "Utilities"
5. Select the terrain
6. Click "split"
Expected result: no error
Actual result: error "ArgumentOutOfRangeException" although terrain seems to split successfully.
