[Terrain] Saving project after painting on Terrain and releasing mouse button off Terrain reverts changes
1. Create new Terrain
2. Start painting height on Terrain but drag the mouse off the Terrain and then release
3. Press Ctrl-S to save the project
4. Changes to Terrain will be lost
Probably a regression compared to old Terrain since we were writing changes to disk immediately
