[Terrain] Paint holes on Terrain is not mirrored when a new terrain is created
Paint holes on Terrain is not mirrored when a new terrain is created. Refer the attached video
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) In Hierarchy, Create 3d Object > Terrain
3) Select Paint Terrain > In dropdown, select Paint Holes
4) Paint some holes on the terrain by left-clicking and dragging on it
5) Select create neighbor terrains > In fill heightmap address mode dropdown, select Mirror
6) Mirror a terrain in scene view
Actual result: Painted holes on the terrain are not mirrored
Expected result: Painted holes on the terrain should be mirrored
Occurring on: 2020.1.0a5, 2019.3.0b4, 2019.3.0a2
Working fine on: 2019.3.0a1
