[Terrain][Lightmap] Building lightmap for big terrain freezes editor
Steps to reproduce:
1. open users attached project
2. build lightmaps
- starts using too much memory causing computer to be unusuable
Expected: for it to build without using 100% of resources which sometimes cause it to crash

Resolution Note (2021.2.X):
Baking very large terrains should be done on a machine with more memory. We will recommend using Progressive Lightmapper for this.
