Terrain is not editable
Reproduction steps
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "Mountain2"
3. Try editing the terrain
Actual result:
Terrain is not editable.
Expected result:
Terrain should be editable.
Workaround:
When re-importing or loading the project again terrain becomes editable.
Note:
Workaround doesn't work on Unity 5.4
