Terrain holes aren't rendered in WebGL Builds with SSAO enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user project “Terrain Hole.zip“
2. Build and Run (File>Build And Run)
Expected result: Terrain hole is rendered in Build
Actual result: Terrain hole is not rendered in Build
Reproducible with: 2021.3.4f1, 2021.3.14f1, 2022.2.0a6, 2022.2.0f1, 2023.1.0a20
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.3f1, 2022.2.0a5
Reproduced on: macOS 12.5 (Intel)
