[Terrain] Exporting raw of terrain opens up recent folder instead of current hierarchy of project
Exporting raw of terrain opens up a recent folder instead of the current hierarchy of the project. Refer the attached video
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) In Project Browser, Right-click > 3d Object > Create Terrain
3) Terrain Settings > Export raw
Actual result: Recent used folder opens up instead of the current project hierarchy
Expected result: Current project hierarchy opens up
Occurring on: 2020.1.0a1, 2019.3.0a12, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.1.0f1, 2018.3.9f1, 2018.2.18f1

Resolution Note:
This one is by design as often times exporting goes to a folder outside of the Unity project.
