Template search field in "New project" window has no character limit, breaks UI
Steps to reproduce:
1. Template search field in "New project" window has no character limit
2. Open Unity Hub
3. Press "+New Project"
4. Enter huge amount of character there or start pasting text in the field
Actual results: big amount of characters can be entered in the Search field, no limit of the characters
Expected results: limited amount of characters can be entered in the Search field
Reproducible with versions: 3.13.0-beta.1, 3.12.1

Resolution Note (fix version 3.13.0-beta.1):
The issue with the UI breaking has been resolved. However, the lack of a character limit will not be addressed, as it's considered an edge case that users are unlikely to encounter.
