Target minimum iOS version value is not saved in editor properly
To reproduce:
1. Open project
2. Open Player Settings
3. Change Target minimum iOS version value
4. Reopen scene
5. Open Player Settings
Expected: Target minimum iOS version value will be the same as it was changed in 3rd step
Actual: value is set to a previous one(repro video link in edit)
Reproduced: 2017.2.0a4, 2017.2.2p4, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.4f1, 2018.1.2f1, 2018.2.0b4
Not reproducible: 2017.1.3p4, 2017.2.0a3

If you encounter similar issue then check if 2 or more inspector tabs are open for you. Then close all tabs but one and you should be able to update the version successfully.
