Tangent data of UI vertex changes every time when changing the scale of its Rect Transform
1. Open the project, attached by the user (UICustomData.zip)
2. Open the "MyText" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Press the button in the Game view 3 times
5. Observe how color changes with each button press
Expected: the tangent data stays the same when the scale of a Rect Transform is changed
