"Tag: is not defined." error only shows the first letter of the tag
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the tester (incompleteTagError.zip)
2. Open the "scene" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the console
5. (Optional) Observe the test.cs script
Expected: the error shows the full tag name that Unity doesn't find
Reproduced in 5.5.1f1, 5.5.5p1, 5.6.1f1, 5.6.4p2, 2017.1.0b6
Did not reproduce in 5.4.5p4, 2017.1.0b7, 2017.1.2p2, 2017.2.0p1, 2017.3.0b8, 2018.1.0a3
