SystemInfo.SupportsRenderTextureFormat allocates 400B of GC memory
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("PremiumRenderTextureSupport.zip")
2. Open SampleScene
3. Open Profiler and enter Play mode
4. Stop the frame and look for PlayerLoop > Update.ScriptRunBehaviourUpdate
Expected result: Allocated 400B
Actual result: Allocated no memory
Reproducible with - 2020.1.0a9, 2019.3.0b8, 2019.2.10f1, 2018.4.12f1
Not reproducible with - 2017.4.32f1
