"System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred" thrown during Build when Vungle framework is in the project
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "New Unity Project.zip"
2. Open File>Build Settings...
3. Build the project
Expected results: Build is successful
Actual results: "System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. (Value cannot be null. (Parameter 'definition'))" error thrown in the Console window
Reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1, 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.4f1, 2022.2.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2022.2.0a15, 2022.2.0a16
Reproducible on: Windows 10
