Synchronization problem is still relevant between the view Scene and view Game with Canvas
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Select aspect 4:3
3. Select aspect 16:9
4. Notice that panel stays in aspect 4:3
Workaround: click on aspect drop down menu
