Switching between forward & deferred shifts game view by 1 pixel on D3D9
To reproduce
1. Create a scene with any kind of object that fills the viewport in one dimension (x)
2. shifting between forward and deferred lightning will allow you to see a small jump in the viewport up and down depending on the change.
