Switching between Debug and Release modes in editor throws a SocketException
Switching between Debug and Release modes in editor throws a SocketException
To reproduce:
1. Open Unity.
3. At the bottom right corner, click on the debug icon/drop down
4. Click the switch option
Expected result: The mode switches and scrips recompile
Actiual result: Scripts recompile and SocketException is thrown
Reproduced in: 2020.1.0a13
Does not reproduce in: 2020.1.0a12
