SVG asset Import Settings are reset when upgrading the project to a different Unity Editor version
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "IN-127109_Before" project
2. Open the "Example SVGs" folder in the Project window
3. Select the "Letter_a_PRU500" file in the Project window
4. In the Inspector, note the Import Settings values
5. Upgrade the project to one of the reproducible versions, or open the attached "IN-127109_After" project
6. Repeat steps 2-4
Actual result: Import Settings were reset to default values
Expected result: Import Settings are the same as in step 4
Reproducible with: 6000.3.0a5 (36d7e9fd6645), 6000.3.6f1, 6000.4.0b6, 6000.5.0a5
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.66f2, 6000.3.0a4
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: This also affects references to the SVG file in a project
