SurfaceShaderLightingExamples page has a number of errors
To reproduce:
1. Open Manual/SL-SurfaceShaderLightingExamples.html page
Expected result: Everything looks like it did in previous versions (or better)
Actual result: A number of regressions:
first line: Here are some examples of custom lighting models in [Surface Shaders](SL-Surface Shaders). <-- the []() used to be a wiki link
Next one is in the first example shader. there is no code formatting (everything is on one line)
Next one is the 2nd & 3rd example code (just above the trey boxes). All examples are single line, but now they also have %grey% sprinkled throughout
