[Surface] "Bake all" bakes only currently selected object if first you baked and cleared it
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene 1
3. Select Plane(1)
4. Bake
5. Clear
6. Bake all
7. Notice that only this object got navmesh. Now the scene will exhibit various strange behaviours when baking
Note works fine - if you skip steps 4 and 5.
