SubMeshDescriptor.baseVertex is treated as always 0 when used for meshes in CanvasRenderer
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Repro” project
2. Open the “REPROSCENE” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the Game View
Expected result: The Mesh at the top matches the Mesh at the bottom
Actual result: The Mesh at the top shows only 1 Sub Mesh and the one at the bottom shows 2 Sub Meshes
Reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1
Couldn’t test with: 2022.3.7f1, 2023.1.9f1, 2023.2.0b5 (project crashes)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
