[Subgraph] NullRef exception when attempting to copy/paste subgraph effects
Repro steps:
1. Create two Visual Effect Graphs
2. Open one and drag the other one in its window to use it as a subgraph
3. Select the vfx subgraph and attempt to copy/paste it.
4. Null reference exception occurs.
